The UltraStart™ Feasibility Workshop is a one week engagement with two days of onsite research and discovery and three days of off-site work. An Ultramatics expert will work with your stakeholders to discover, gather and obtain sufficient information on your JCAPS implementation, including the mission-critical run time operations and business process management workflows. A report summarizing the Discovery phase and recommended roadmap is then presented to company stake holders.
