The goal of the Ultramatics Approach is to assess your unique situation and challenges, recommend a roadmap to reach your goals, work with you to implement and deploy solutions, and help you sustain your successes beyond the implementation of our solutions.
The Ultramatics Approach will help you to define or refine your organization's goals, and determine which combination of Ultramatics solutions will best help you reach your goals. This approach has been proven to work, with over 10 years and hundreds of clients experiencing success in reach goals such as:

The first phase of the Ultramatics Approach to our engagement with your company will be to assess the current state of your organization. Following the research necessary to understand the current state of your organization, we will work with you to understand your company's vision and mission as well as short- and long-term business goals to understand the desired future state of your organization.
Based on this information, we will identify the gaps between the current state of your company and the desired end state. Once gaps are defined, your account team will work with members of our internal Centers of Excellence to define a roadmap of Ultramatics solutions to help you reach your goals.
Consulting services are at the core of every Ultramatics engagement and are integral to the Ultramatics Approach, beginning with our initial consultative research during the assessment phase, which may include activities such as whiteboarding sessions, business value assessments, proofs of concept, and proofs of technology.
Once the roadmap is complete, your account team will sit down with the stakeholders in your organization to explain the roadmap and recommended solutions to you. This set of recommendations will be based on Ultramatics' deep Information Technology experience and expertise, and will be custom designed to help you reach your goals.
This roadmap will comprise recommendations from our robust solutions set of Consulting Services, UltraStart Business Solutions, and Cloud and Managed Services.
The Implement phase of the Ultramatics Approach is where the magic happens! Based on the solutions roadmap designed specifically for your organization, the Implement phase includes the design and development of Ultramatics software solutions as well as the actual deployment of these solutions into a production environment. Reusable assets, unique value accelerators provided by Ultramatics to our partner clients, are also customized and deployed during this phase, increasing your time to value and providing proven paths to success.
Unlike other software solutions providers, once the Implement phase of our engagement is complete, Ultramatics can continue to provide value. Ultramatics can provide post-deployment support for your software and service solutions for a pre-defined transition period or on an ongoing basis. Support services include exception handling, auditing, logging, data backup, security, and user provisioning, among other services.
Post-deployment support is provided by Ultramatics Center of Excellence resources in each of the post-deployment segments. These resources are highly-trained and have years of experience providing post-deployment support services.
